CIE/USA-SF Short Course – Chinese Medicine 101 (for the scientific and engineering minds)

There is an emerging trend of the application of high-tech to the traditional Chinese Medicine.Many professionals in Silicon Valley are also very interested in learning more about the Chinese Medicine.CIE therefore will host a short course lectured by Dr. Andy Lee.The series is made up of 8 courses; each one 2 hours.

The location is at ITRI, 2870 Zanker Road, Suite 140, San Jose, CA 95134, USA.It will be lectured every other week on Thursday evening, starting on Jan 23, 2014 (1/23, 2/6, 2/20, 3/6, 3/20, 4/3, 4/17, 5/1)

The fee of the class material for each course is $10 for CIE-SF member and $20 for non-member (to cover material, simple refreshment and miscellaneous cost).The total is $80 for CIE-SF member and $160 for non-member.Please bring exact amount to pay at each class. Enrollment in CIE-SF can be done on the spot.

Due to the nature of the course contents and the reading of classic Chinese literatures, the classes will be conducted in Mandarin Chinese.

中工會短期課程：中醫概論 (針對科學與科技人士開設)

基於中醫與科技結合的市場興起，以及眾多矽谷科技人的要求，美洲中國工程師學會將於明年一月開始舉辦中醫概論短期課程，全程由李宗恩中醫師/電機博士/企管碩士授課。課程設計主要針對科學與科技人士，共八堂課，每堂課2小時，預定每隔一周的周四晚上在台灣工研院北美分公司上課。課程內容暫定如下，亦可參考中工會網站(www.cie-sf.org)。
